The point is, that we know
there is no question, that there is at least one problem, a
problem that could account for all my symptoms, and so why not look
at this first. Scientific intuition must insist upon
this, medical intuition should yearn to offer care as directly as
possible, and even institutional intuition must cry for the waste.
